Team Tutsham Kent
Team Tutsham is a small charity dedicated to supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged children and young people. Through Equine Assisted Learning, Farm Interventions and our Saddle Club, we bring meaningful interactions through our horses.
When we first needed a small, secure space for our ponies with grass intolerances during the summer, we had no idea how invaluable it would become. With over 60 horses and ponies at the farm, there is almost always one recovering from illness or injury. The round pen has become the perfect solution - allowing horses to graze safely without the risk of overexertion or reinjury.
The mobility of our round pen has been a game changer. We can quickly move it to fresh grass, a shaded area, or even use it as a safe space for our children to handle the horses. It has also become a vital pit stop for rest and recovery before turn-out or whilst waiting for the farrier to arrive!
We are incredibly grateful to Jacquie and The Round Pen Company for their ongoing support. Their round pen has made such a difference to our work, and we truly can’t imagine managing without it now!
