Will the pen blow over in the wind?

Our pens are self-supporting and designed to withstand most weather conditions. When constructed correctly, the wind will not blow over the pens.

Will my horse push the pen over if it scratches its bum on the rails?

It is extremely unlikely that your horse will push over the pen if it is fixed together as instructed. To date, we have not encountered any incidents of horses pushing over our pens.

How do the panels fit together?

The panels fit together using a simple but strong pin system, securing both the top and bottom. This design allows for easy assembly at varying angles, eliminating the frustration of aligning connectors simultaneously.

Does the pen have to be round?

No, our panels can fit together at varying angles, including 90 degrees, allowing you to create a square or other shapes if needed. This flexibility ensures the pen meets your specific requirements.

Will my horse be able to get out through the rails?

Our pens are customisable to your needs, with options for 4, 5, or 6 rails depending on the panel height. We prioritise horse safety and will help you choose the right configuration to ensure your horse's security.

Do the panels have to be concreted in?

No, the panels do not need to be concreted in. They are self-supporting and can stand on various surfaces, including grass, arena surfaces, hard standing, and more. However, concreting is an option if you prefer additional stability.

Does the pen have to be on a flat surface?

No, our pen connectors allow for some flexibility on uneven ground, making it possible to set up the pen on a variety of terrains.

How durable are the pens?

Our pens are made from hot dipped, fully galvanised box steel, ensuring durability and resistance to rust and wear. This construction guarantees long-term use even under harsh weather conditions.

Can the pens be customised?

Yes, we offer bespoke options to meet your specific requirements. Whether you need different sizes, heights, or configurations, we can create a pen that perfectly fits your needs.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times can vary based on your location and the specific pen ordered. Generally, we aim to deliver within 2-3 weeks from the date of order. For more precise delivery times, please contact us directly.

What is the process for hiring a pen?

To hire a pen, simply contact us by phone or email to discuss your needs and check availability. Our hire service starts at £200 per month, with a minimum two-month hire period. A refundable £250 deposit is required upon booking. Delivery is free for the first 50 miles, with a £1 per mile charge thereafter.

Can I collect and return the pen myself?

Yes, you have the option to collect and return the pen yourself if that is more convenient. Please let us know your preference when arranging the hire.

What surfaces can my round pen go on?

The round pen will self support on most surfaces including grass, sand and chippings. The panels do not need to be concreted in although this is an option if you want a permanent structure (don’t forget to check with your local planning office first). We can provide modified panels if you want to use them in your arena, so the legs don’t come into contact with the membrane.

How do I know which pen is right for me?
