Payment and Delivery Information
Once you’ve chosen the perfect design and size for your round pen, it’s time to arrange payment and delivery. We offer a variety of payment options to make the process as convenient as possible.
You can pay by cash, cheque (with no additional fee), debit card (also no fee), or credit card with a 1% fee (excluding American Express). If you prefer to use PayPal, a 3% fee will apply. We require a 50% deposit on ordering, with the balance due just before delivery.
Once your payment is processed, we typically deliver your round pen within 3 to 4 weeks. However, if you need it sooner, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Our nationwide delivery service is available at competitive rates, based on the distance from our manufacturing site. We also offer delivery to Ireland and mainland Europe.
